Philosophy - YUVA Youths Union For Voluntary Action Strikes out Strategic Alliances with Stakeholders with a Vision to Accomplishing MDGs by tapping youth energy, Innovation and creativity. It wishes to utilize optimally the potential of youth for the development of an open access society. YUVA Joined hands with stakeholders to prevent our youth from giving into violence and terrorism by providing them better options trough strengthening and empowering them.

Vision - A caring and Sharing Society based on Equality and brotherhood without any distinction of caste, creed, religion and Nationality for equitable, socially just, educated and egalitarian Society.

Mission - To work for the Integrated Development of the Community through the optimum utilization of the locally available human, natural & Institutional resources using the youth force so that the gulf between the haves and have not’s to be bridged without any distinction of caste, creed and religion.

Child Marriage Free India

[YUVA] Youths Union For Voluntary Action is dedicated to the development of the deprived people (backward and poor rural women, people with disabilities, child labour, victims of trafficking and violence) of Jharkhand. The organization is working on the following issue of Child Marriage, Child Trafficking, Child Labour and Child Sexual Abuse. The organization participated and organized Child Marriage Free India Campaign in Seraikela Kharsawan district of Jharkhand covering over 50 villages under the project.

The Campaign Activities included:

1. June Action Month - The organization conducted the action month with the objective of rescuing as many child marriage victims as possible and prevented 4 child marriages and 4 FIRs got registered. The campaign was conducted in collaboration with DCPU and CWC departments and covered by all the media channels with tremendous outreach.

2. 16 October 2023 - Child Marriage Free India Campaign Event - The campaign event was conducted in 1117 locations covering 587 villages in collaboration with all the district administration departments with notifications issued by Social welfare, Education, Panchayati Raj, Medical and ICDS departments. The campaign was organized with an outreach of 140000 people across Seraikela Kharsawan districts.
